Now, if your like me - you aren't very flexible. You may be more or less, but these are good workouts for flexible (and not so flexible) dancers gymnasts, cheerleaders, etc.

A lot of times you start going for a goal thinking it will be easy, just practice every day and it will work! Right? Not necessarily. Yes; practicing is good, and does get you their but it's sometimes harder than you think.
I'm not saying it will never come true, but just be ready to push through hardships. You have to be prepared for obstacles along the way. And once you beat them - and do all the work you can, you CAN do anything.
